We are deeply committed to improving the well-being of the teachers and staff we serve. Well-being addresses physical, mental, emotional and financial health which when improved leads to happy, healthy and successful teachers. We design programs to address the whole person; from fitness and nutrition to mental health and preventative care.

We believe the [teambuilding] experience was very rewarding and allowed our staff to engage with each other. We greatly appreciate the opportunity and hope to work together in the near future. We already know we would love to invite the facilitators back if and when we receive a new cohort of mid-year hires.
[Teambuilding] improved relationships and morale. It was good that the teams were mixed up. I think they learned something new about their colleagues.
I have learned multiple different ways to deal with my stress…I now understand that I need self-time to make myself better before I can help others.
Working out with coworkers has unlocked a whole new side of community building and supporting one another
The [Success In Motion] program has really helped improve the relationship I have with my coworkers. We have been able to get to know each other as people and it has improved my morale during the workday because of the improved relationships. I’m gaining muscle and confidence through the kickboxing classes. I absolutely love.
I was struggling with anxiety my first year and I feel that this program has been a huge part of balancing this.
After my massage I feel renewed and rejuvenated. Much needed.

Every yoga session leaves me feeling lighter and less stressed and I value those classes so much. This job is stressful and it is so important to have an outlet and a way to release stress. Core yoga has been truly irreplaceable in that regard. Additionally, I have grown closer with colleagues who also participate and it inspires me to be healthy in other ways.
Working out after school helps to alleviate stress from the school day and overall improved my mood. It can be difficult to find time for a workout outside of school but there is no excuse when it is provided right here!
So, firstly your team was amazing. I think you probably already know that but I know my team was super impressed with the activities, with the level of involvement you had with the kids, with the layout, everything. We are so glad we were able to have your team for the event.

Many employees struggle with their work life balance. This can lead to staff burnout and high staff turnover, which will ultimately affect the scholars. I think our mental health workshop is a good starting point.
