EMPIRICALLY DERIVED PROFILES OF TEACHER STRESS, BURNOUT, SELFEFFICACY, AND COPING AND ASSOCIATED STUDENT OUTCOMES

In addition to interfering with PBIS [positive behavior interventions and supports] implementation, teacher stress also contributes to teacher turnover. Aside from its significant personal, financial, and societal burden, high teacher turnover creates instability that undermines the likelihood a system will be able to sustain PBIS implementation over time.
